Ruth Rowe, registered to practice architecture in Pennsylvania, earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia. She has been working with Shep Houston, AIA as a Project Architect since 1990. While she has experience in the design and management of a range of projects, her emphasis has always been on residential work. These projects vary in size and style, from a new multimillion dollar Georgian house in northern Virginia, to additions and alterations to a modern vacation house in the Pocono Mountains. She has also enjoyed working as an architectural renderer, preparing presentation drawings in watercolor wash for a number of projects, including the Dallas Symphony Hall and the Georgetown University Law Library.
