Two phases of additions nearly doubled the square footage of this house, which is located high on a hill overlooking Manayunk. The first phase added a dining room and sunroom to the side of the original house. Four years later, the second phase was built, a basement addition to the rear of the house, which included a guest room, bathroom, and an office. Rooftop decks, at different levels above, extend off the main dining room, expanding the area for entertaining, catching the breezes, and enjoying the panoramic view. This project was recently published in the Real Estate section of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
